While we prioritize eco-friendly products, but if clients prefer different products or need heavy-duty products for specific cleaning, we can accommodate those requests
3. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
No, our team arrives fully equipped with all the necessary supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific preferences or require particular products, please let us know in advance. We don’t carry ladders for safety reasons.

Absolutely! We offer flexible scheduling options for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring services. Clients who schedule recurring services may also be eligible for discounted rates.
8. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
We recommend that you be present at the beginning of the cleaning to provide access to our team and conduct an initial walkthrough to highlight any specific areas you’d like them to focus on. You are also welcome to return at the end of the service for a final inspection. If you’re unable to be there in person, please inform our office of the location and access code for a lockbox or the placement of a hidden key. We also suggest providing notes on your main priorities to ensure the cleaning meets your expectations. All GREEN BEE PROCLEAN staff are thoroughly vetted and trained to respect client privacy and property.
9. What happens if something is missed during the cleaning?
We strive for perfection, but if something is missed, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll arrange to correct the oversight as quickly as possible, free of charge.

Our team is trained to handle your belongings with care. In the rare event of damage, please notify us immediately, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including insurance coverage if necessary.

GREEN BEE PROCLEAN is a pet-friendly company! Our team is trained to work safely around pets. For any pets with aggressive tendencies, we recommend keeping them in a secure, gated area or outdoors to ensure our cleaners’ safety. If you won’t be home when we arrive, please provide instructions for managing your pet during our visit. To make the experience comfortable for everyone, kindly inform us of any pets in the home at least 24 hours prior to our arrival.
14. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, Venmo, and Zelle. Credit and debit card payments are subject to a 3.7% transaction fee. We also accept personal checks. For recurring services, we offer automated billing options. Payment is due on the day of service.

17. Are window cleanings included in regular services?
We generally provide an interior window wipe-down as part of our standard cleaning. For a full window cleaning, including tracks and exterior, we recommend scheduling an appointment with our Window Specialist. Please call us to arrange a dedicated window cleaning service.
18. Do you clean inside of appliances?
Yes, cleaning the inside of the microwave and the exterior surfaces of appliances is included in our standard service. For cleaning the inside of the oven or refrigerator, a small additional fee applies. Please let us know if you’d like to add this service when booking.
19. Will your team arrive at the scheduled time?
Our team aims to arrive as close to your scheduled time as possible. However, to allow for variations like traffic or last-minute requests, we ask for a 30-45 minute arrival window. We prioritize timing to ensure each cleaning is completed to our standards and satisfaction.
20. Is laundry included in your services?
Laundry services for linens and towels are available upon request at an additional $50 fee per load. This includes washing, drying, folding, and putting away items, but excludes ironing. Please provide access to your machines and laundry detergent. By requesting laundry, you agree that the items are suitable for a normal wash cycle and tumble drying.
21. What tasks are included in a typical cleaning?
Our standard cleaning includes bathroom cleaning, living areas, floors, reachable interior windows, and general kitchen cleaning, including the inside of the microwave and the exterior of the oven and fridge. For deep cleaning or specialized tasks like carpet cleaning, please arrange these separately as additional services.

The time required depends on the size and condition of the space. For deep cleaning, we require a minimum booking of 2 hours with two cleaners. Recurring service is offered at a flat rate, making it more economical than a deep clean.

During this first visit, our team focuses on deep-cleaning tasks, like removing accumulated dust, mildew, soap scum, and grime, to bring your home to our service standard. 31. Do your housecleaners accept tips?
Tipping is not expected, but our cleaners greatly appreciate it when clients choose to offer one. Some clients prefer to tip at the end of each visit, while others save it for the holiday season or year-end. 32. What tasks do you not typically handle?
Green Bee ProClean focuses on delivering high-quality, professional cleaning services that make your home comfortable and spotless. However, to ensure effective service, we typically avoid tasks such as:
• Organizing or decluttering personal items
• Cleaning toys or pet waste
• Washing more than a few dishes
• Cleaning inside of fireplaces
We specialize in thorough cleaning, not home organization. If requested, however, we are happy to include appliance interiors, like cabinets, stoves, and refrigerators, as part of a deep-cleaning package.
